For this I originally had planned to make a full-length album that would be the first part of a trilogy, but after realizing that it was far too ambitious for what it was, I decided to turn it down a little, and make a short acoustic EP, with an outtake song from The Sounds Upstairs (Decumbent). I have very big and ambitious ideas, and I don't know if they'll ever get done. Until then, here's this little thing.

The first 3 albums I did were released very close with eachother due to them mostly being compilations of things I recorded for fun, but with I Am Here, it came out over a year after Warmth of a Lung. I never stopped doing music, but I slowed down doing it on my own time. I jammed with friends and did some joke music, but I rarely recorded headless sound stuff. I had big ideas to make this into a trilogy to end headless sound, but I realized I didn't have enough ideas, and the whole thing was just too big. I decided an EP was the right way to go, because albums were getting too big and too much to keep going along with. It does more of the acoustic stuff the sounds upstairs did, which I like, and plan to do more of in the future. Of course I still want to keep to my electronic cool spacey guitar noise roots, but I've become so much of a perfectionist with everything I do, I can't promise much.
